Shipping policy

United States

Shipping is complimentary. Every piece travels overnight, fully insured, and requires a signature. We do not leave jewelry at a door. The carrier will return.

Each piece is packed by hand and sent when it is ready. It always goes overnight. You will have the tracking the same day it ships.

We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Commissions are delivered when the piece is finished. Timing is agreed with you as the work progresses.

International

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected countries in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us.
Tracked, insured, signature required. Delivery times vary by destination and by customs, so we do not quote a date. You will have the tracking the day your piece ships.

Any duty or import tax is payable by you. Your country sets the amount and the carrier collects it before delivery. We cannot tell you what it will be. Customs may hold a parcel. We will supply any paperwork requested.

Risk passes to you on signature. If a piece is lost before then, we replace or refund it.
