The work
Every piece is made by hand and is one of a kind. Variation in finish, texture and color is inherent to that and is not a fault. The stone photographed is the stone you receive. Karat and metal content are as described.

Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout on the delivery address and is not included in the listed price.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel before dispatch: a piece already sold, a price listed in error, payment or delivery details we cannot verify. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Commissions are agreed individually and are not sold through this site. Write to us.

Ownership
The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to de Sá Jewelry and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Nothing here limits a right that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. We may update these terms. The version published when you order applies.
